Is the $1,500 website price really a flat fee?
Yes. The $1,500 package covers the services and deliverables listed in the Basic Business Website package. Work outside the listed scope will be explained and priced before it begins.
Is the Shopify package really $2,500?
Yes. The standard Shopify Store Setup package is a $2,500 flat fee and includes the listed setup services. There is no limit on the number of products — product uploads are managed through an InventaCloud.ai subscription, our product-management platform.
Is hosting included in the $1,500 website?
No. The flat fee covers designing and building your website. Hosting is an ongoing service that keeps it online, bought in your business's name and billed to you monthly or yearly by the hosting provider — the same goes for your domain and any business email accounts. We will recommend a suitable host, help you set the account up, and deploy your site to it.
Does the website include a database?
No. A database is not part of the $1,500 package, and neither is database hosting. The package builds a professional presentation website. Anything that stores and retrieves data — customer logins, member areas, searchable catalogs, dynamic listings, booking systems or a custom application — needs a database behind it and is scoped and quoted as a development project.
Does the $2,500 Shopify package include a custom theme?
No. The fee covers 3ANGLE's design work applied to one standard Shopify theme, configured using that theme's own settings and sections. A theme designed and coded from scratch, or code-level changes to an existing theme, is custom development and is quoted separately.
What if the theme cannot do the layout I want?
Then it becomes custom display work: bespoke layouts, mega-menus, advanced filtering, product configurators, custom animation, or custom cart and checkout behaviour. We build all of it, but it sits outside the flat fee. We will show you what the theme can do first, and quote the difference before anything is built.
Are Shopify apps included?
No. App subscriptions are billed to you directly by the app vendor, and installing, configuring and supporting apps is separate work. Building a custom app for your store is a custom development project quoted on its own.
Can I use a premium theme instead?
Yes. You purchase the theme licence directly, since it belongs to your store. Setting up a premium theme is quoted separately because the work involved varies significantly from one paid theme to another.
Is Shopify Plus covered by this package?
No. Shopify Plus is Shopify's enterprise tier, with its own subscription paid to Shopify and a very different build — multiple storefronts, B2B, automation, custom apps and integrations. Plus projects are scoped individually and priced well above the standard package. Most small businesses do not need Plus, and we will tell you if you do not.
Are Shopify subscription fees included?
No. Shopify subscriptions, paid applications, premium themes, domains, hosting, and payment-processing fees are third-party expenses paid directly by the business owner, in the business's own name.
Can I add more pages or products?
Yes. Additional pages, collections, features, and services can be added for an approved additional fee. Products are never capped — you can upload and manage any number of products through InventaCloud.ai.
Do you provide the website content?
We can organize and lightly edit content provided by your business. Full copywriting, photography, branding, and content creation can be added to the project.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds, which refine the design direction you approved. Changing direction after approval, or requesting a third and further round, is billed as additional work at a rate agreed in advance.
Do you provide ongoing support?
We correct defects in what we delivered for 30 days after launch at no charge. Beyond that, optional website maintenance, ecommerce management, marketing, SEO, and development plans are available.
Can you replace my existing website?
Yes. We can redesign or migrate an existing website. Migration is not part of the flat fee — moving products, customers, orders, content and URLs is quoted based on the size and complexity of your current site.
Who owns the website when it is finished?
You do, once the project is paid in full. Your domain, hosting and Shopify accounts stay in your business's name throughout. Third-party themes, apps and plugins remain under their vendors' licences, and 3ANGLE retains its own reusable tools and underlying code.
Can you guarantee I will rank first on Google?
No, and neither can anyone else. We build on solid SEO fundamentals and can manage ongoing SEO as a separate service, but search positions, traffic and revenue are not something any honest agency guarantees.
Can 3ANGLE support us after we outgrow the basic package?
Yes. Our team works across Shopify Plus, WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, headless commerce, integrations, and custom software.
